Best toner EVER!

This product is truly amazing in its simplicity and overall effectiveness. After years of suffering with milia on my chin, they are now gone after using this for just one week! I tried everything - from eliminating foods from my diet to different face washes, toners, moisturizers, etc. I now realize that it wasn't what I was doing that was causing my chin to constantly break out - it was what I wasn't doing. I was not using an effective toner after cleansing. I also realize that the fewer ingredients in a product, the better. My skin just didn't need all the additives that most beauty products have in them. Some of the other benefits are softer, smoother skin. Even with the 14% alcohol, my skin isn't dry at all. I use twice each day, morning and evening after cleansing.

As far as the smell goes - really? Who cares? If it does the job and the end result is as good as I've gotten, I could care less about the smell. Besides, the smell goes away as soon as it dries on the skin which is very quickly. I plan to use this toner for the rest of my life!!

Minimal Alcohol, No Artificial Color or Fragrance

This toner is refreshing and effective, with no added chemicals that I need to be concerned about.

Most drugstore brand toners and astringents contain artificial coloring and fragrance. Why would I need a brightly blue colored toner? To give my skin a blue cast?

Things can be absorbed transdermally. I don't know that there is any proven harm in applying artificial color to your skin, but why take the chance?

I also appreciate that there is only a minimal amount of alcohol added to this product. My skin is dry enough as it is.

This is a great natural formula. I use it on a cotton ball, plus I pour some into the plastic packaging that contains facial cleansing cloths. Those cloths are typically too dry to suit me, and Dickinson's offers the perfect solution.

Best Toner

I'm African American and for some reason my skin has started to take a turn for the worse. I've tried tons of creams, soaps, etc...but the dark spots on my face from white/black heads were not fading. My pores also started to get noticable, my skin was extremelly oil yet dry in some areas. A year ago I had none of these problems, but now that I've started to wear makeup to hide my dark spots etc, it just made my pores stand out even more and by the end of the day my face was super shiny--Gross!

After reading some great things about witch hazel from another site. I decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it! Yes, it's a tad drying (just a little bit), but it makes me skin oh soooo soft and smooth that my makeup just glides on. I definitely recommend it, and also maybe invest in a good facial serum to help with the slight drying. It does smell really gross, for me I instantly choke up from the smell, but it fades very quickly and shouldn't stop someone from trying it out.

Oh and on a side note for anyone with dark spots on thier face (I've been taking vitamin E, internally for a week, and they've cleared up considerably). Just goes to show that I should have been taking my moms advice a long time ago.

From all the great reviews, I figured this was worth a shot and boy am I glad I tried it. Its only been 3 weeks and WOW I am impressed. My background - I'm 26, 5'7, 140lbs and blessed with a pear shaped figure, carrying my extra baggage on the lower half (ugh). I have pretty bad cellulite on the back of my legs from my mid thighs on up. I've been using 2x a day and it takes 3-5 minutes for me to apply the cream (from what I've been reading, it works best when you massage the cream until absorbed by the skin so time dependent, I try to at least work in a 3 minute massage.) The ingredients must be strong cause it really works. I noticed results after a few applications ... and they just keep getting better. I used to have a ton of little dimples and overall sagginess. Now the dimples are fading and my skin is feeling tighter. If things keep going the way they have, I will hopefully be home free in 4-6 weeks. I'll submit an update then, but for now, this one seems to really work!

1:  I have very flabby chunky thighs loaded with cellulite due to heredity and losing and gaining weight so much in my life. I was never over weight. The most weight I gained was during pregnancies. Throughout my life though, I have been a yo yo dieter. 10 pounds here and there. work out queen then not, then got physical injuries and so on. I always hated my thighs!! extra fat layers in my knees there for life. The dimples are getting worse as I am aging (49) I exercise about 3 days a week, but even when I was doing it 5 days a week thighs were a major issue. I have tried every cream on the market. I tried this one, and what I did was put this on one leg only and used another brand on another leg that I was using for a month. When this product came in I put it on my right leg 2xs a day for 2 weeks and kept using the other product on my other leg. I thought I noticed a difference, but when others said my leg looked smoother and thinner (that sold me) now I am applying to both thighs. All the others are garbage. I will never be able to rid myself of cellulite as it is horrible, but this put a dent in it, and no other product ever has. I am still in shock and I have not had the product for 4 weeks yet!! Just hoping the results keep coming, and don't just stop after a certain point!! I also think I will need to use it forever now!!


2:  Ok, I used it religiously for one month along with strength training and cardio excersises, so I cannot say whether this product alone would give me such a great results. Just to get the background - I started having cellulite and strech marks when first became pregant with my first dauther - strech marks were and still are pretty bad and I think this cream did anything to smooth it out - however it is advertised as cellulite smoothing cream and I think it does its job. I have noticed significant cellulite reduction my my thights - but I also drank tons of water and cut ouf my soduim intake while being on the cellulite fightin regimen. I think it is really the combination of things that will make you to see the results, but if you stick with it - it will sure to awe you.

Also, just a warning - this cream burned so much the first few times that I thought I'll explode - it as unbearable and not so much painful as exremely itchy. I got used to it and now I actually enjoy it. Highly recoommend. on last note - Eveline Cosmetics is great brand - they are big in Europe, very reputable. And hey for $15/bottle it is worth a try.
